Pipeline installation instructions
1. Before installing the regulating valve, the pipeline should be cleaned, and a filter screen should be installed on the inlet side of the valve.
2. Reserve sufficient space during installation for maintenance.
3. The flow direction of the medium inside the valve body is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the valve body.
4. When the installation position of the regulating valve is not indicated on the design drawings, the regulating valve is generally installed on the return water pipeline.
5. Vertical installation should be given priority, and in special circumstances, it can be installed at an angle or horizontally. However, when the volume, weight, or vibration are too large, support and fixation are required.
6. The connection between the valve body flange and the pipeline should be kept naturally coaxial to avoid shear forces, and the connecting bolts should be locked naturally.
7. It is recommended to install manual valves at both ends of the regulating valve for easy maintenance. During use, regular grease maintenance should be added, usually for three to four months.
8. In special circumstances, a bypass pipeline should be added to switch to manual control when the regulating valve fails.
9. The pipeline system for installing electric two-way valves must have a pressure differential bypass circuit, otherwise when the electric two-way valve is closed, it will cause the pipeline pressure to rise, and the flow rate through the electric valve will be too high, resulting in vibration and abnormal noise of the electric valve. In severe cases, it may cause damage to the valve stem seal and water leakage.
