The installation of the bladder type pressure tank can be carried out according to the following points, which can avoid some troubles caused by incorrect installation of the pressure tank. It is simple and effective.

1. It is recommended to install the constant pressure tank in the heating system at the relatively lowest point of the system water temperature, usually at the return end of the system and the cold water inlet end of the hot water storage tank. 24L and below pressure tanks can be directly connected to the system pipeline due to their light weight. To avoid water ingress and heavy load on the system pipeline during operation of the pressure tank, for pressure tanks with a capacity of 24L or more, they are equipped with three legged supports. Metal hoses can be used to connect the pressure tank to the system, and buried screws can be used to fix the pressure tank legs, ensuring smooth operation during use

2. A safety valve should be installed near the constant pressure tank to prevent damage to the bladder type constant pressure tank and other components of the system in case of abnormal system pressure;

3. In a closed cycle heating and air conditioning system, it is not possible to install a constant pressure tank at the outlet of the water pump, as this may cause cavitation of the water pump.

4. The bladder type constant pressure tank is generally installed at the return end of the system in thermal systems such as air conditioning, boilers, heat pumps, etc.
